§ 1.01. Name and Boundaries.

The Village of Richfield, in the County of Hennepin, and State of Minnesota, shall, upon the taking effect of this Charter, continue to be a municipal corporation, under the name and style of the City of Richfield, with the same boundaries as now are or hereafter may be established.
