Section 522. TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (MR-1) |
§ 522.11. Lot area, dimensions and coverage.
Subdivision 1. Standards. The standards set out in this subsection apply in the MR-1 District.

Special grandfather clause for certain MR-1 lots. A lot that was a lot of record on or before June 1, 1995 located in the MR-1 District which does not meet the minimum requirements set forth in this Code as to area and dimensions, may be used for two-family development provided that the width of such lot is not less than 65 feet and such lot contains at least 8,500 square feet in area.
