TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. - 17.39

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

City of Richfield Does Ordain:

Section 1. It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the City to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for making of capital improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, for which the City would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds.

Section 2. The capital improvements and amounts of expenditures for such improvements which are authorized to be paid from the Special Revenue Fund under Section 7.12, Subdivision 2 of the City Charter, are as follows:

Veterans Memorial Park
Park Shelter Building	$230,000.00
Wood Lake Nature Center Carpet	14,000
Tennis Court Improvements	34,000.00
Jefferson Park
Roosevelt Park
Washington Park
Taft Park Play Features	22,000.00
	$300,000.00

 

Section 3. The expenditures herein authorized shall be made pursuant to such contracts as are authorized from time to time by Council action.
