§ 1. Extension of Moratorium Period.

The moratorium period established in Section 2.03 of Ordinance No. 1993-16 (Transitory Ordinance No. 17.53) is hereby extended for one (1) year. The moratorium period, as hereby extended, shall expire on September 27, 1995, or such earlier date as may be further adopted by Ordinance. The moratorium period may be further extended for a reasonable time by Ordinance, as may be necessary to complete the study and adopt any necessary amendments to the City's zoning Ordinance.
