§ 3. Effective date; codification.

3.04

This Ordinance is effective as of January 1, 2008.

3.05

A copy of this Ordinance shall be included in Appendix D to the Richfield City Code, immediately prior to the resolution establishing fees.

3.06

This Ordinance supersedes Transitory Ordinance No. 18.33 to the extent that Transitory Ordinance No. 18.33 is inconsistent with this Ordinance.
