§ 300.13. Public safety department.

Subdivision 1. Duties of director. The Director of Public Safety is responsible to the Manager for all activities relating to public safety. The Director of Public Safety shall perform the duties described in the job description for that position and any additional duties assigned by the Manager. (Amended, Bill No. 1996-3, Sec. 5)
