§ 320.15. Correction of violation by City and assessment of cost.

In all cases of violation to which Minnesota Statutes, sections 463.15 to 463.261 are applicable, the Enforcement Officer may proceed as therein provided to abate or remove the violation and, if deemed necessary, to have the cost thereof specially assessed against the lot or parcel where the violation was located. In suitable cases, said statutory remedies and procedure may be used either concurrently with, or separate from, the procedures prescribed in this Section.
