§ 620.07. Affidavit confirming capacity of well.

Upon the completion of the drilling of a well, a pumping test of sufficient duration to determine the yield and maximum drawn down shall be conducted, if practical. Within ten (10) days after inspection of such well the permit holder shall file an affidavit with the plumbing inspector of the City setting forth the results of the pumping test, the capacity of the well, the pumping level, the depth of casing from grade and length of screen if one (1) is used, and a true and correct copy of a guarantee shall be given to the well property owner guaranteeing the well for a period of one (1) year following the inspection.
