§ 710.01. Use of water restricted to authorized persons.

No person may make, construct or install any water service installation or make use of any water service, or cap off or abandon any water service connected to the municipal water system except pursuant to application and permit as provided in this section, nor may any person, otherwise make, construct, install or make use of any installation connected to the water system contrary to the regulatory provisions of this section.
