§ 710.09. Turning on water.

No person may turn on any water supply at the stop box without a permit from the Community Services Department. No permit will be issued unless the house number, as given by the Community Services Department, is prominently displayed, and no such permit shall be given anyone but a licensed plumber. The City reserves the right to turn off any water supply if said number is not displayed after a written notice has been sent to the owner as appearing on its books.
