§ 805.17. Review by City Manager.

If upon review of the application the manager is satisfied that all of the conditions enumerated in this section have been complied with and that erection of the bench, shelter or booth will not violate any of the provisions of this code or endanger the health, safety, order, convenience or general welfare of the City, the manager shall approve the application. Upon approval of the application by the manager and payment of the required fees, the Director shall issue the permit.
