§ 1150.19. Display and sale of tires.

Tires for sale may not be stored or displayed outside the service station structure, except (i) in a display rack during business hours, or (ii) in a permanent outside display container located in conformance with the setback requirements contained in the zoning code and completely enclosable. The display container shall be closed when the station is not open for business.
