§ 1160.01. Regulation of the motor bicycle business.

Subdivision 1. Definitions. For purposes of this section the terms defined in this subsection have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2. "Motor bicycle" means a self-propelled vehicle used on the public highways, having a saddle or seat for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three (3) wheels in contact with the ground; the term includes motor scooters and motorcycles but not tractors.

Subd. 3. "Motor bicycle business" means selling or furnishing, renting or leasing motor bicycles for pay or hire.
