§ 1160.05. Procedure.

Subdivision 1. Application. An applicant for a license or renewal shall apply to the City Clerk in writing. The applicant shall be duly verified. two (2) kinds of licenses may be issued by the council. One (1) type of license shall be for the selling, renting or leasing of motor bicycles. The application shall specify which type of license is being applied for.

Subd. 2. Contents of application. The applicant shall submit such information as the City Clerk may require including but not limited to the following: the name and address of the owner, the address of the business, the approximate number of motor bicycles to be used in the business, and the number on the State number plate of each motor bicycle. A license, unless revoked, continues in force through December 1 of each year.

Subd. 3. License fee. The license fee is set by appendix D. A separate license shall be obtained for each place of business. The licensee shall display the license in a prominent place on the premises.
