§ 1300.03. Traffic control devices.

The City manager is authorized to order the placement of official traffic control devices, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 169.01, subdivision 41, on the streets and highway of the City when such placement is consistent with manual and specifications of the commissioner. Any person aggrieved by the order of the City manager may appeal the decision to the City Council by filing a written notice of appeal with the City manager within 30 days of the date of such order.
