§ 1305.19. Display of vehicles for sale.

It is unlawful to park or place any vehicle on a street or highway or on any private parking lot in order to display such vehicle for sale or exchange. A vehicle is deemed to be displayed in violation of this section when found standing on any street or highway, or private parking lot, and bearing any sign or notice indicating that it is for sale or exchange.
