§ 1305.35. "U" turns.

No vehicle shall be turned around by making a "U" turn upon any street or highway in the City unless such vehicle shall first proceed to an intersecting street. A "U" turn at any intersection on any street or highway in the City where a police officer is stationed or where any official traffic control device is located is prohibited.
