§ 3.08. Signing and Publication of Ordinances and Resolutions.

Every ordinance or resolution passed by the Council shall be signed by the Mayor, or acting Mayor, attested by the City Clerk, and filed and preserved. Every ordinance shall be published at least once in the official newspaper.
