§ 3. Effective date; codification.

3.01

This Ordinance is effective in accordance with section 3.09 of the City Charter.

3.02

A copy of this Ordinance shall be included in Appendix D to the Richfield City Code, immediately prior to the resolution establishing fees.

3.03

This Ordinance supersedes Transitory Ordinance No. 1876.
