AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2008-19, TERMINATING THE MORATORIUM ON DEVELOPMENT IN THE PENN AVENUE CORRIDOR
Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 2008-19 is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This Ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Richfield City Charter.
