§ 315.05. Municipal state-aid street fund.

Subdivision 1. Establishment. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.12, subdivision 5 of the City Charter, there is established and continued a separate fund of the City to be known as the municipal state-aid street fund.

Subd. 2. Financing. There shall be paid into such fund:

(i)

Such sums as have heretofore been received or are hereafter received by the City as municipal state-aid street funds under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 162;

(ii)

The proceeds of any municipal state-aid street bonds issued pursuant to chapter 162; and

(iii)

Such other monies as may be appropriated thereto by the City or which by law are to be handled in the same manner as municipal state-aid street funds.
