§ 400.10. Permits to Owners.

Notwithstanding the requirements of this Section, permits may be issued to persons who own and occupy single family dwellings for work performed within or on said dwellings pursuant to Sections 400.05, 400.07, and 400.09. (Amended, Bill No. 2003-18)
