§ 1175.09. Investigation and issuance.

Subdivision 1. Investigation. The application shall be referred to the Director of Public Safety who shall investigate the applicant and make a report to the Manager. The Manager shall act on the application.

Subd. 2. Issuance. Licenses shall be issued only to applicants who have answered fully and truthfully all of the information required in the application, have paid the full license fee and have cooperated with the City in review of the application. Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with the securing of a taxi cab driver's license will be basis for denial or revocation of such license.
