§ 1175.11. General condition of license.

Subdivision 1. Change of address. A licensee shall give written notice to the Manager when changing residence address.

Subd. 2. Unlawful use. A licensee may not permit a person to use the taxicab for any unlawful act.

Subd. 3. Rides. A licensee may not permit more persons to ride in his taxicab than are provided for by the normal seating capacity of such taxicab.
