§ 1175.13. Renewal of license.

Applications for renewal shall be made on forms provided by the Director of Public Safety. The renewal application form may be substantially the same as the original application form, except that the renewal application need not provide the physician's certificate required as part of the original application. Renewal applications shall then be processed in the same manner as original applications.
